B A S E S
1. Podrá concurrir al mismo cualquier artista de nacionalidad española, los extranjeros residentes en España y artistas residentes en la Unión Europea, siempre que se puedan comunicar en español o en inglés.
2. El Certamen incluye una única sección de pintura, siendo el tema y la técnica libres, pero de estilo realista.
3. Cada participante podrá presentar hasta tres obras, de las que el jurado seleccionará una o ninguna, pero que no hayan sido premiadas en ningún otro certamen, con unas dimensiones máximas de 100 cms. en cualquiera de sus lados, pero sin mínimos y vendrán enmarcadas con listón de madera o metal de 3 cms. como máximo en el frente, firmemente sujeto a la obra. Pueden prescindir del listón las obras cuya concepción así lo exija. No se admitirán obras con marcos voluminosos, aún cuando hayan sido seleccionadas. La organización no se hará cargo de los daños que se puedan producir en el traslado de las obras en cuanto a los marcos.
4. Los trabajos en papel podrán llevar un paspartú de 10 cm. como máximo y una entrecalle de hasta 2 cm. entre el listón y la obra. No se admitirán obras protegidas con cristal, pudiendo utilizarse materiales plásticos o irrompibles, salvo que expresamente nos eximan de daños.
5. La fecha tope para presentar obras será el 9 de Abril de 2.018, las obras se presentarán de forma virtual a través de la página web: www.mundoarti.com, en el enlace que se indica a continuación, cumplimentando todos los apartados obligatorios indicando la técnica, medidas (alto x ancho x fondo) y el precio (para el seguro). El participante debe asumir los gastos derivados de esta plataforma 2,5€ (adquiere bonos de participación para que el precio por envío a la plataforma sea más económico).
La fotografía de la obra presentada estará debidamente recortada (es decir, sin que aparezca el marco, caballete, etc.) con un tamaño máximo de alto y ancho de la imagen, dependiendo de la orientación de la misma, de un mínimo de 1200 píxeles, en formato JPG, BMP, GIF o PNG de máximo 5 MB.

La fecha en que se comunicarán los 50 seleccionados será aproximadamente el 16 de Abril de 2.018.
6. Los trabajos recibidos a través de agencia de transporte deben indicar a éstas, las fechas y horarios antes citados, y tendrán un embalaje reutilizable, ya que serán reexpedidas del mismo modo, siendo por cuenta del autor los gastos que se originen y la gestión del envío y reenvío. Avatarte no se responsabiliza del deterioro de las obras por embalaje inadecuado. Pueden solicitar precios de envío a www.mundoarti.com, quien les hará un presupuesto.
7. Los artistas seleccionados (máximo 50) deben hacer ingreso de 80€, transcurridos como máximo siete días desde la fecha en la que se les comunica su selección, en caso contrario quedará anulada su selección. Las obras remitidas a través de agencias de transporte deberán incluir dentro del embalaje el boletín de la obra cumplimentado con una foto en la caja para poderla identificar en el reenvío. No se devolverá el importe de la inscripción a los artistas, salvo caso de suspensión del evento.
8. Los premiados serán mediante votación a través de la web www.mundoarti.com, de un jurado compuesto por cuatro personas, entre ellos un coleccionista y un crítico de arte, para los tres primeros premios y para los siguientes, mediante votación física del público asistente, en papeletas que serán depositadas en una urna y cuya votación terminará el 24 de Mayo de 2.018. Los resultados de las votaciones, que serán del todo inapelables, se harán públicos en el acto de clausura y entrega de premios de la muestra, que tendrá lugar el día 30 de mayo de 2018, a las 19 horas en el Centro Cultural Sanchinarro (Calle Princesa de Evoli de Madrid).
Si hubiera coincidencia entre los elegidos por el jurado, como por los elegidos por votación popular, se correrá turno al siguiente inmediato mas votado. Siempre teniendo en cuenta que los tres elegidos por el jurado serán inamovibles y no habrá posible impugnación. Las obras se devolverán todas a los autores, sean o no premiados.
9. El horario de visitas de la exposición será de lunes a domingos, de 10 a 21 horas.
10. Se otorgarán los siguientes premios:
PRIMER PREMIO. Dotado con 1.000 euros. Una página web profesional para el artista valorada en 900 euros, donada por la empresa WEB PLASENCIA. Un trofeo y un diploma. Un fin de semana para dos personas (alojamiento y desayuno) en una casa en un árbol en Monte Holiday Ecoturismo de Gargantilla de Lozoya (Madrid).
Premio especial TRITOMA dotado con una exposición de un mes en el Centro cultural Sanchinarro (Madrid) a concertar entre el artista y el centro. Y un trofeo y diploma.
Premio especial SETDART casa de subastas, dotado con un trofeo y un diploma. Además organizará una subasta on line para aquellas obras que sus propietarios lo autoricen explícitamente. La comisión por venta es del 12% + IVA y la obra solo se vende si en la subasta alcanza el precio mínimo indicado por su propietario.
SEGUNDO PREMIO. Dotado con 500 euros. Un trofeo y un diploma. Una página web profesional para el artista valorado en 900 euros, donada por la empresa WEB PLASENCIA.
TERCER PREMIO. Dotado con una página web profesional para el artista valorado en 900 euros, donada por la empresa WEB PLASENCIA. Un trofeo y un diploma
Los tres primeros premiados podrán participar en una gran exposición de tres meses de pintores realistas españoles en la galería KONTRASTE de Alemania, siempre y cuando acepten las condiciones económicas establecidas por la galería para la venta de las obras (30%). No habiendo otro coste que el del transporte de envío y reenvío, que será por cuenta del pintor/a.
Además los tres primeros tendrán la publicación de una entrevista personalizada a cargo de www.mundoarti.com
PREMIO HOMENAJE. dotado con un pequeño regalo y un homenaje para las personas que están al lado de los artistas y nunca son protagonistas.
PREMIO COMPAÑERO DEL AÑO. A la persona que mas ha mostrado su compañerismo y su generosidad. dotado de un diploma y un trofeo.
CINCO ACCESIT Dotados con diploma y trofeo.
Para los ocho primeros clasificados, si es su deseo, se incorporarán a la página web de Avatarte es su calidad de artistas VIP.
Y también una exposición de sus obras en el mes de octubre de 2.018 en la sala de exposiciones del Centro Cultural La Caja del Arte de Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid).
No obstante se seguirá trabajando para incorporar nuevos premios que se irán anunciando según se concreten.
A todos los participantes premiados o no, se les enviará un DVD con el vídeo de la muestra y un libro catálogo.
11. No podrá retirarse ninguna obra seleccionada hasta el día siguiente a la clausura de la exposición, sin previa autorización de la organización. La retirada de obras una vez finalizado el salón de primavera, se realizará en el mismo lugar de entrega y con idéntico horario, a los artistas o a sus representantes, antes del día 30 de junio de 2018.
Avatarte dará a las obras no retiradas el destino que estime oportuno, entendiendo que su autor renuncia a cualquier derecho sobre la misma a favor de Avatarte, que podrá disponer de dichas obras en plazo indicado.
12. Las obras están aseguradas por MAPFRE, hasta el día de la clausura.
13. El hecho de participar en este Salón de Primavera de pintura realista, supone la aceptación de todas las disposiciones contenidas en estas bases.
14. Cualquier punto no previsto en estas bases será resuelto según el criterio de la Junta Directiva.

BASES III SALON DE PRIMAVERA DE PINTURA REALISTA / FIGURATIVA
NORMS
1. Any artist of Spanish nationality, foreign residents of Spain and artists resident in the European Union may take part of, provided that they can communicate in Spanish or English.
2. The Contest includes a single painting section, the theme and technique being free, but realistic style.
3. Each participant may submit up to three works, of which the jury will select one or none, but which have not been awarded in any other contest, with a maximum size of 100 cm. on either side, but without minimums and framed with wooden or metal ribbon of 3 cm. at the front, firmly attached to the work. The ribbon can be disregarded for works whose conception requires it. Works with bulky frames will not be accepted, even if they have been selected. The organization will not be responsible for any damages that may occur in the transfer of the works in terms of frames.
4. Paper works may have a 10 cm paspastu max. and a interlayer of up to 2 cm. between the ribbon and the play. Works protected with glass will not be admitted, being able to use plastic or unbreakable materials, unless they expressly exempt us from damages.
5. The deadline for submitting works will be the 9 of April of 2,018, the works will be presented in virtual form through the web page: www.mundoarti.com, in the link below, filling in all the required fields indicating the technical measures (height x width x depth) and the price (for insurance). The participant must assume the costs of this platform 2.5€ (acquires bonds of participation so that the price per shipment to the platform more affordable).
The photograph of the work presented will be properly trimmed (i. e. without the frame, easel, etc.) with a maximum image size of 1200 pixels, in JPG, BMP, GIF or PNG format of maximum 5 MB, depending on the orientation of the image.

6. 7. 8. The first three prizewinners will be able to participate in a large three-month exhibition of Spanish realistic painters at the KONTRASTE gallery in Germany, provided they accept the economic conditions established by the gallery for the sale of the works (30%).
